Ken Boustani Named 2025 Operator of the Year by Shottenkirk Automotive Group

Ken Boustani, General Manager of Honda Huntsville, has been named 2025 Operator of the Year by Shottenkirk Automotive Group.

The award is presented annually to the operator who demonstrates the highest level of excellence and growth in sales performance, service operations, and customer service, as measured across Shottenkirk Automotive Group dealerships and benchmarked against dealerships nationwide.

Shottenkirk Automotive Group owns and operates 29 automotive dealerships across seven states and employs more than 2,500 team members. The Operator of the Year distinction recognizes outstanding leadership, operational growth, and a sustained commitment to customer satisfaction.

Boustani’s connection to the Huntsville dealership dates back to 1988, when he began working for the Damson family, the dealership’s previous owners. With nearly four decades of service in the Huntsville automotive community, Boustani has built a reputation for steady leadership, deep industry knowledge, and long-term dedication to both employees and customers.

In 2021, Shottenkirk Automotive Group acquired Honda Huntsville, Acura Huntsville, and Honda Decatur. Under Boustani’s continued leadership, the Huntsville Honda dealership has experienced strong growth while maintaining a focus on service excellence and customer trust.
