I have a Lexus and Accura after owning 5 Hondas . I only use Jerry Damson/Shottenkirk Honda because their customer service is #1 above everyone else. Pricing is also competitive. Scott Rockett is my service representative and is the best..but when he is not available..all the service reps have been great. Very hard to find this kind of service in today's business world. I will always take my vehicles to Shottenkirk.

I woke up on a Friday with a bad starter and no appointment. After my tow, I had a very pleasant ride home with Doug. And my car was fixed and ready to go before the end of the day. Throughout it all, my service advisor JR kept me up to speed. This is a well oiled, top notch service department.

Fernando was knowledgeable and easy to work with. We did not experience a lot of pushback and were able to come to an agreement without too much haggling.

Took my Honda Odyssey in for major maintenance items. The service writer was outstanding and professional. The cashier was very nice and professional. The van was also washed. Very nice waiting facility, very clean. The price was very reasonable. Provided me with paperwork showing the results of various inspections they performed.
