As always Honda service staff was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and had excellent communication explaining the routine maintenance procedures they would be performing. They gave me a timer and said the scheduled work should take about 90 minutes. Work was finished a few minutes eary. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a quality automobile from a dealer with excellent customer service. An all around excellent experience.

Wasn’t scammy and didn’t try to sell me anything when I went in for a routine transmission fluid change. I was respected and left alone. My home town mechanic shop wasn’t familiar with my year model saying it needed a filter (it has a lifetime filter that is never replaced) and 20 a quart for fluid = $600. Called them and asked some questions walked out with it being $135. Not going to lie. Best dealership experience I have ever had. My intake specialist was Kevin. Thanks to Kevin I’ll be back. If you’re seeing this TWICE it’s because I had to do go back in again with another vehicle. Ask for KEVIN he’s the best!!
