I had a tire blowout happen to me. Called and got in for a tire replacement same day. Chase was extremely friendly and got me in and out within about 20 minutes. Would recommend this place over and over again.

Amazing experience. Ian was the gentleman I had the pleasure of speaking with. He knows his vehicles. I knew my car inside and out before I even drove it off the parking lot. Will return in the future.

Everyone was very helpful and a joy to work with. Our sales associate, Row Ragland, was top notch. We definitely would come back in the future if we were looking to purchase another Honda.

I didn't ultimately buy from them (I was shopping used cars, and they do have what I wanted). They were very courteous and knowledgeable about their products.

Came in for regular maintenance. They performed that quickly. After checking car they recommended additional work which I accepted. All communication was performed using text messages. So I did not have to be found until after work was completed. They washed my car and made me happy. I’ll go back for my next service.

It was my first experience going to Honda here in Huntsville. I was greeted by Mr. Jason Gibbs who reminded me of NCIS agent Gibbs. I actually made a joke to him. He was very charming and polite and for the first time I was given a stopwatch to make sure that I am well under time. I was told that it would take 90 minutes to 115 minutes, but I was actually done under 80 minutes. The car was properly cleaned maintained and returned back , They actually took good care of my vehicle

its a Honda so the maintenance for the vehicle is infrequent, but can be pricey once it is due. Regardless, I still prefer to take it to the dealership for service. They are efficient and have a nice setup with their courtesy cars. The waiting area is very nice. Hopefully I won't see them again for another 100k.
