Went in for a defective trim piece on new pilot. Ordered part. Notified me when it came in. Made appt. They knocked it out pretty quick and was on my way. Went very smoothly and everyone was very professional and accommodating.

Great place, friendly, easy. They have a new thing that you get a stopwatch and give you an estimate about how long the wait will be, if you’re waiting in store. This shows the actual time compared to the estimated time. I think some people might really enjoy that. However, I do not need a stopwatch to count my time while I I am getting my car serviced. My feeling is if you are deciding to wait, it might be 2 to 3 hours. (I waited a willow more than one hour, I did not even finish all the work that I brought. Which is nice that it was so short, I’ve worked faster.) Will take my car back and now I know I don’t need to bring a watch because they’ll give me a stopwatch!
