Another great experience with my Honda crew. I’ve been having ongoing issues with tire pressure, apparently my car is a magnet to screws and nails in the tires. Got patched up and sent on my way.

Trust these folks to do a good job. Last work they did for me I requested a repair that was not really cost beneficial for a 12 year old vehicle. They called to discuss costs with me and I decided not to do the repair. I like the fact that they do a vehicle inspection as part of the service. No problems were identified in my last visit but the inspection has helped me plan for maintenance in the past. Continue to be pleased with the service at Shottenkirk. I will continue to use them to service my vehicles.

I took my Honda Odyssey for a complete detail, & let them know I wanted it cleaned, from top to bottom. It wasn't detailed. I had the rubber floormats on, because the carpet underneath needed to be vacuumed & it wasn't done. Never touched the dash, or glass over radio, the seats are leather, & wasn't wiped clean still had dirt marks from my Grandchild' on them, also the cup holders wasn't cleaned , juice was spilled in the cupholder next to my Grandchild's seat Windows looked smeared, & dirty. This was the 1st. Time I had took my vehicle to them for a cleaning & was Very disappointed. I bought it new, & spent lots of money to purchase. Expected more & better service .

Very happy with everything. Scott was so very helpful and worked with Honda to reduce cost of work that had to be done. The two drivers who picked me up and took me home were so very friendly. It was a pleasant experience all around.
