I give Shottenkirk of Huntsville 5 stars. The best car buying experience I’ve had. They text me a link I filled out the credit app, they got me approved almost instantly with the payment I told them I could afford. I went to the dealership they had the vehicle I chose out front waiting when I got there. We went in and it was a very smooth and professional process. I had my 1 yr old daughter with me and they even had snacks for her and a kid zone for her to play in while we waited. Awesome dealership, awesome people. I’ll definitely be back. And I 100% recommend these folks to everyone.

We went shopping for a 3rd row suv. We went to shottenkirk Honda of Huntsville and spoke with Jake Beddingfield. We told him what was were looking for so he showed us a Honda pilot and told us the features of each package and test drove a pilot elite in black. On our way back from the test drive we seen a ash green metallic Honda Ridgeline and absolutely loved the color. So we went into his office and he found out that had a ash green metallic pilot coming in a week or so. We told him we were leaving for vacation in next few days and would be back in a week. On our way back home from our vacation he called/message us and said that it just got to the dealership. Jake went above and beyond on finding the one we wanted and showed us every little detail. We had a salesman named Jake, very polite and knowledgeable man. He knew what I wanted, did try over selling me, got me into the behicle I asked for with no flack. If you go set up an appointment with Jake (and ask for Steve as your finance manager) he made the entire finance process good. These two gentlemen working together made my buying experience a lot better, and I have had some seriously negative whiplash with bad dealerships. This dealership was different
