The buying experience was the smoothest I’ve ever had. I went knowing exactly what I wanted—the new HRV. The sales consultant, Terrance Pride, made the process stress free. My husband had bought his CRV there too and kept saying how easy it was. Today, I went for my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. So far I have loved my experience with Huntsville Honda :))

Jonas was great working with us and working with our daughter. This was her first time experiencing buying a car. And Steve the finance manager, WOW!!....I really appreciate the extra time he took explaining to my daughter how to build credit the right way and shared some of his knowledge. Sometimes kids listen better when it comes from someone other than their parents even though it's the same message they are being given. We have been buying vehicles here since it was Damson Honda, then Damson Acura, now Shottenkirk. I don't want to leave the service department out either, that's the reason we started buying cars from Jerry Damson years ago.
