TL:DR I'm changing Honda Service Centers// Very nice digs. I drove into the service center and appreciated that their floor was still light gray. I appreciated that all chairs in the waiting area were the same comfortable design. I didn't have coffee, but were I a coffee drinker, I would have partaken. I was told my CRV was finished for its oil– filter change and tire rotation at 1 hour and 22 minutes. This happened to be the exact amount of time I wanted to wait for an oil-filter change and tire rotation service. That was exceptional because I didn't want to be there, and who can turn down Certified Service in this economy? Let's be honest while we're here: a maintenance history full of Honda locations is better for my resale value. To be further honest, I like Turo hosting, but I'm not committed. At any of moment, my cars would be sold to someone offering the right price. I'm a veteran = I need to have some kind of job. In conclusion, I'm jumping ship to this location for where I get my Hondas' service done. Their Highway 72 traffic at pre-noon time is worth the trip.

I was in town from Ohio and heard some noises coming from my front tires. Before I drove back home, I took it to the dealership to have it looked at. They checked it out and didn’t find anything concerning. They were extremely helpful and even washed my car when they were through. If I lived in the Huntsville area, I would definitely make them my dealership.

My experience was very great at the Honda dealership in Huntsville AL I work with the salesman named Tay. As well as a gentleman with the name of Emmanuel who helped with my finance documents. Both of them were A1 and customer service and their attitude was very good. I would recommend anybody resume that's interested in purchasing a vehicle. Iconic I'm grateful to both of them for their kind attitude, and their great way of helping with the questions, and helping me purchase a new vehicle. I left out with a basically brand new 2019 Ford Fusion Titanium. Color of Blue for the vehicle, and wish both the Gentleman the very best.
