My wife were set on either getting the Mazda CX-5, CRV, or the Volvo XC40 after the visits. Shout out to our sales Rep Rob as he is the the top reason I purchased the car! The first time I was there he met us out on the lot and he was respectful, honest, and didn't pressure us into anything. When I came back to the dealership with my wife Rob took care of us and helped us get the best deal possible. It was late, well past 7PM when the deal was done and I knew Rob had a long day, but despite all that he stayed late to ensure we were taken care of and helped make out first car buying experience amazing!

Amazing dealership! My vehicle had a rip in the steering wheel that was not covered by corporates warranty. The service manager worked to get it replaced anyway at no cost to us. This dealership has ensured I will be a repeat customer for life.

Shottenkirk’s Service Department is top notch. They were busy this Friday afternoon but they took our van in to repair the nail hole in the tire within one hour.
